Returns Policy

Please inform us of your wish to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt.

We aim to make returns as simple as possible for you which is why we use our DHD premium 2-man white glove service for all returns originating in the UK. DHD will work round your requirements for collection. There is a charge of £24 for this service. You may organise your own return but please be aware that goods must be returned to us in the original packaging or replacement packaging deemed suitable to protect the goods whilst in transit and they must arrive with us in the same condition as they were when sold.

Custom/Bespoke products are non-returnable.

Please be aware that we can only organise returns for purchases made in the UK. If you have purchased from outside the UK, you will be responsible for organising return of the goods. The goods must be returned to us in the original packaging or replacement packaging deemed suitable to protect the goods whilst in transit and they must arrive with us in the same condition as they were when sold. As soon as we inspect the goods and find them to be in good order, we will process your replacement or refund as instructed by you.
